Terms of Service
These terms apply when you request a quote or use Moovd Logistics for your freight.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the information you provide at the time of enquiry. If the freight details change — weight, dimensions, access or timing — the quoted price may be adjusted.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we've accepted your job and agreed on collection and delivery details. Please make sure freight is ready and accessible at the agreed pickup time.
Freight Handling
Freight should be packaged appropriately for transport. We take great care with every job, but goods that are inadequately packaged, fragile or improperly labelled may not be suitable for standard transport.
Delivery Timeframes
We work hard to meet agreed timeframes and keep you informed. Estimated delivery windows are provided in good faith and may be affected by weather, road conditions or other factors outside our control.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. Business trading accounts are available on application.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. If something goes wrong, we'll work with you to put it right — talk to us as soon as possible.
